Very helpful on knowing what they do and don't have, how ever I did think the prices were quite rich for seccond hand parts, almost would have considered buying new after market alternatives.
Called and enquired about a coolant reservoir. they had the part charged me 120$ ensured the part was working properly. later did i realize that the reseevoir had a crack in the bottom. Jason tried to say it couldve happened between the travel and refused to come out and replace it as i can not get there. 100% would not recommend. go literally anywhere else
Got a sway bar kit from these guys, Usally not issues, but got charged $300 for link to link yet was missing a bracket no discount offered for missing piece wasted my time no refund offered, Wasn’t happy, I even double checked before I bought the kit to make sure it was complete and was assured it was, when picking it up, I had to drive 2 hours to get it, he said oh they didn’t tell me it was missing a bracket. Poor service and communication.
incredible customer service, staff member bent over backwards to help us out. will definitely be going back if ever needing parts again.
We dealt with Liam and their professionalism and customer service was excellent the parts were in excellent condition. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.
