My daughter has come twice now and recently for an emergency, the girls were accommodating and fit us in so my daughter wasn’t in pain. We saw dr Fiona and she was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend
Dr Fiona NG is always so warm and welcoming when my kids come in, they actually look forward to it! From simple things like cleans to dentistry while asleep Fiona covers it all. Highly recommend coming here .

Dr Jo Raj has provided dental services for both my kids and I cannot highly recommend her enough, she is always kind, gentle and the kids are never scared to hop into the chair. Best clinic !
Dr Jo was supportive and caring towards my little one who was super nervous. I really appreciated how thorough she was and the extra effort she is putting into the follow up care.
Took our son to the Hallam clinic. Was arriving late, attempted to call to inform the clinic, couldn’t get through so left a msg, was nice to get a txt reply so that’s a plus. Once we arrive we were about 5 mins late and the wait was quite long about 25mins till it was our turn. Happy with the service, answered our questions and concerns. Very very impressed that all staff were wearing masks and correctly too no nose were visibleas a health professional myself I’m very pleased with that. It would be great if there were free toothbrushes or toothpaste I kind of thought that should be standard. Also a shame those plush cows were not for sale as I would’ve loved to purchase one for my son Overall good visit
Terrible service, do not go! They never answer the phone. The charge extreme prices and they are extremely rude. They don’t tell you all the information. They say your booked make you wait months to tell you that you weren’t booked. They never follow up, there lazy and incompetent. Terrible customer service. Beware!!!
After months of our son having dental pain and being scared of dentists, we were so happy to find Fiona and her team that were all wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly explain the recommended treatment, pros and cons allowing, us to make an informed decision. She also promptly answered any follow-up questions we had. Fiona and her team showed our son so much care and kindness that he is no longer scared to go to an appointment. Very happy we found this service when we did!
The staff were nice which was the only good thing about it. We arrived 15min early which that advised to fill in paper work but we waiting for over an hour to be seen by the dentist. The dentist advised that my daughter needed 8 caps and recommended that this be done at hospital due to the amount of work required. We received the quote to repair the teeth which was $4000 only for the dental work not the hospital ex. Which I had to chase the prices for, in total there wasn’t much changed from $5000. I booked the next day and paid $300 deposit as my daughter is in pain and I trusted the dentist. While filling in that paper work I googled the phone number for this place and saw the reviews. One review said that children get free dental throw the government. I took my daughter to 2 other specialists and they found we only needed 5 caps not 8 and it can be done in the chair with no hospital visits. It’s also covered through the government. I canceled the appointment and was advised I can’t get my $300 deposit back. I don’t recommend this place.
My partner took my daughter in today for a check up, the dentist, asides being an hour late to the appointment she ended the appointment prematurely saying that she was unable to speak to my double vaxxed partner who has a mask exemption if she did not wear her mask properly. She was aggressively shamed about the few small cavities my daughter has and insisted that they were "environmental" not due to her genetic condition which is renowned for dental issues. She then pushed that we desperately needed to book a GA and surgery. The receptionist shamelessly called me about 10 minutes after I read other reviews requesting payment and the non-refundable deposit for surgery that others appear to have needlessly pushed on them. I found another paediatric dentist by the end of the day in Narre Warren that was happy to fit my daughter in the same day and see her again in the morning to do the required work under local. Don't waste your time and money on these rip off merchants, they're experts at it and have refined the craft of playing on parental guilt and shame down to an art form.
