At South Eastern Active Health, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care, management and prevention for your muscle, joint, spinal and sports injuries.

Our practitioners, Dr Daniel Grynberg - Chiropractor and Dr Kieran Hogan - Osteopath use a variety of hands on techniques including massage and joint therapy. They will spend time with you, listening and discussing your case. All consultations involve an assessment and a hands-on treatment specifically tailored to your needs.

I've seen many practitioners in the past in relation to a long term muscle & nerve related issue that I have not been able to shake. 

Since seeing Dr Daniel Grynberg I have had a significant improvement in my movement, comfort & manageability of the issue.

My experience with Active Health was first class. Of course my appointment needed to be urgent....I'd only waited in pain for five weeks whilst it didn't get better on it's own. Typical male, I know.
I was catered for promptly by the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. She managed an appointment for me on the very same day which was a great relief.
From the moment I came into contact with my treating practitioner Elena, I felt at ease. She was warm in personality, clearly enjoys her work and strived to achieve a good result for me whilst explaining in clear detail the reasons for each component of the treatment.
Most importantly, I felt healed...ready to part the waves and walk on water.
Would I recommend Active Health and more specifically Elena?
You bet! Do yourself a favour.

Daniel and his team are excellent at what they do and great people to deal with: professional, friendly and with sole interest of getting you better. 

I highly recommend their practice: by far the best I’ve been to and I’ve stuck with for a number of years.

Daniel Grynberg is a genius. Fixed my shoulder in a handful of visits and got me lifting heavy weights again when I thought my injury was permanent. Highly recommended!
