I went to sell my car to this place a Ford Fiesta - the guy spent ages looking around it and then went on to him laptop to come back to say he doesn't take ford fiesta because supposedly the engine in them have a 'reputation'. This news of the reputation was completely new to me, having driven ford fiestas all my life and recently purchased a new one. This I thought was a bit rude and unprofessional and especially when I called up before make the trip to the garage to explain what kind of car it is - so at point he should have known he doesn't take ford fiestas.
Had a positive experience buying a second hand car here. Peter was easy to talk to, and let me take my time checking the car over and taking for a test drive. After agreeing the deal, he honoured Small Car Company's offer of 12 month MOT with no advisories and service.
Purchased my current car from Small Car Company 4 years ago, it hasn't skipped a beat since then. I traded in my old car and was offered a very reasonable price for it. The service we received was informative and friendly, you could tell they really care about the service they provide.
I’ve bought a small car twice from Pete over the years and have always been delighted. He will get the car an MOT before you take it and respond to all the advisory notes. This meant my recent car came with new brakes and four new tyres. I’m really pleased with it.
Fantastic company and great car purchase experience, can't recommend highly enough. No hard sell, great value cars, but main thing is their genuine honesty and support. They worked hard to get car ready for me in time, arranged a couple of repairs without quibble and at absolutely no cost to me, one before purchase and one under warranty. I had a good feeling about this company which has been totally borne out. I'm amazed such a company exists in car sales - totally worth using these guys.
The whole experience of purchasing a car with small car company was fantastic. Pete was extremely friendly and professional. There was no push selling yet provided an exceptional service. They provide top quality cars, talked me through all the key features to ensure I know how to operate the car before leaving. Would highly recommend purchasing a car from small car company
Really appreciate the help and service from both Pete and Rob and would highly recommend buying a car from here. I had an issue with the car I purchased but the support and coverage of the warranty was great. After a bad experience with another dealership in the past, I was concerned it would be the same "it's nothing to do with us" but it was the opposite and everything was sorted with no hassle. Thank you both once again.
Excellent, prepared to go that extra mile. Gave me a very fair price for my car and sold me a cheaper replacement. I wasn't expecting the earth but they made sure I was happy with what I got. Even going so far as to post me the correct factory touch up paint to repair a tiny scratch by the door lock. They said they would do this but cynical me thought "yeah right" Bottom line is that I wouldn't hesitate to revisit the Small car Co. or recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car.
Very pleased with the used Micra I bought. Fair price paid and very happy with the part exchange offer. Peter was polite, professional and helpful with no attempt to force the sale. Highly recommended dealer.
I recently purchased my 2nd car from Rob at Small Car Company in Cheltenham, the service is always honest and professional and the staff are so easy to deal with.
