It was BEAUTIFUL loved it musts go we stayed they for 10day in the Ramble hotel Best services we have ever had you couldn't fault them at all there is All sorts of restaurants to entertaint you also there is a cinema upstairs in the next block over plus we also had a gym/ roof top swimming pool with a spectacular view of the city at night it was glorious / surface paradise was only an hour aways driver for your adventure also was fantastic beaches as you will see in the pics below they have a Huge night Markets also so much to look at and do was great holiday and acommodation can't fault it Highly recommend to Stay at the RAMBLE HOTEL
AWFUL parking experience. Hundreds of cars trapped in the underground carpark for hours because both the pay stations at the escalators AND the ticket insert at the boom gates were not working. Attempted to call the helpline listed on the boom gate and the lady was insisting that I still pay the $6 for parking despite us all being trapped, and then hung up on me when I requested she waive the fee for everyone. I then attempted to pay TWICE, as I knew I was holding others up and surprise surprise payment didn’t work either. This was happening when we first arrived in the centre 3 hours beforehand, though we didn’t realise what was going on. Other people trapped reported that this happens consistently, with some calling the police for assistance. Do better. Avoid at all costs!
Great spot for shopping. Woolies is nice and new. Easy parking when it's not busynAnd I love the Angelica Cinema. Though I am not sure what it would cost to park there if you were going to see a movie. Haven't tried the dates there yet, but they look promising. It's on the to do list
South/City/SQ feels like it has quietly sprouted out of what used to be a very forgettable stretch of motorway. Suddenly there are cafés, paths, greenery, people. It’s all very nice—unexpectedly so—and a reminder that even the dullest edges of a city can be gently coaxed into something pleasant.
The complex is a great addition to the area. A great cinema and a supermarket. Dining options seem somehow limited. Overall it's well kept and a great place to visit for a quiet evening or with family and kids.
