Visited showroom a few weeks back especially to look over new electric car . Car was beautiful so many features but far to pricey . Received an invitation to upgrade our car which only around 9months old for Yaris Cross over . Went to few this car and liked everything about it our salesman was Patrick . He was very patient and precise in what he told us , so our trip was worthwhile. Amanda was the receptionist on duty she is so welcoming and a happy lady . She makes the best cup of tea nothing is to much bother . Went for a test drive today in the Yaris Crossover brilliant car husband made his decision. Amazed how busy the showroom was buzzing with people . Thank you again Toyota for everything.

Seemed friendly and helpful, but complete lack of organisation and communication within the branch. They tried to sell the car I had already put a deposit on and told me it was “a system error” and then confessed they had put in a new manager to troubleshoot “all the problems”. I withdrew my business from them and won’t ever use them again. Still waiting for the return of my deposit.

Good cars we have 2  in our family for just over 3 years now and we are very happy with the end product. However the brand is let down by poor customer care from both the UK dealership and Toyota finance.

I contacted Marshall Toyota Canterbury to see if they had some information about a car purchased from them way back in 2012, which I now own.  Anthony Smye-Rumsby, their Service Advisor, gave me a call back and tried to help me find what I needed. At first, he thought he wouldn't be able to find the information but he called me back a few minutes later and told me he had dug deeper into their internal systems and was able to email me a copy of the rough original "build sheet" of our car.  He was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time and went well out of his way to help me. I couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you, Anthony!

My car was repaired yesterday and the technicians are fantastic they took very good care of my car even though it is very old now! From the initial purchase of my car 18 years ago, Canterbury and Ashford Toyota have always looked after my car. Their customer service is great especially Dean at Ashford and Anthony at Canterbury, I would recommend them to everyone.

I’ve just purchased a RAV4 from Motorline and have been delighted with the whole process from valuation of my trade-in to driving away in my new vehicle! Thanks to Harry Sisley, the sales executive I dealt with, the whole process was smooth and pleasant - thanks Harry! Well done Motorline and thank you. Thoroughly recommended! 5/5 is well earned.

Jordi was very busy but patient and had a very good customer service manners. He ensured my car, RAV4 PHEV DYNAMIC,  was delivered on time as promised.  The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful - they never stopped asking  whether I needed tea.  My overall impression is very positive.

Amazing experience with Mr.Ryan Dunning transactions  manager.He was most helpful, and his communications skills were exceptional, making our task of understanding our needs very simple enabling us to make the most informed decision. It was a pleasure doing business with him making it a customer's delight.
