Had high hopes for this after reading all the good reviews but it was an absolute horrible experience. Wanted to blend my outgrown bleached blonde hair to blend better with roots with a darker ashy brown colour showed her quite a few photos of what I am after. Ended up with ginger roots and grey ends and the lady insisted that’s what I said I wanted and made me wait the following 3 and a half hours to fix my hair in between her other clients and left my hair more damaged by leaving the chemicals for a much longer time than needed. I ended up sitting there for 5 hours for something that couldn’t have been done in 2 hours and I still walked out with two toned hair at the end… As a result I couldn’t do the treatment I wanted to do and they made me paid a deposit to come back next time and told me that I should have been charged twice for dying my hair twice but they are only going to charge me once because they are being nice???!!!! They also weren’t happy with me paying by card and told me I must only pay cash when I come back for treatment. Dodgy… Didn’t bother going back despite paying the deposit as the staff were so unprofessional, made me feel so uncomfortable and anxious the whole time. I ended up having to go to a different salon and paid again to fix the ginger root issue after they processed my hair twice that day… I honestly never write reviews but this was absolutely appalling.
It was my first time and I was anxious to cut my hair off but it was all worth it. I love that they are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend and would be back again. I just covered my face
Im so in love with this place it’s my first time to get my hair done after living here for 3 yrs and always make me feel like home it’s like you just come to visit your sister and get you hair done ‍ would recommend
Decided to get a haircut while visiting and loved the experience! I was nervous they wouldn't take me without an appointment but I only had to wait 10 minutes for them to take me. The hairdressers are very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. The prices are really reasonable as well. Would definitely come back!Services: Blowdry
I had my first haircut in months at Soul Hair and it was wonderful! The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and cut my hair according to the photo references I showed her I highly recommend coming here! The price is reasonable too

Just love this place, the girls are always lovely & friendly. 2 years I’ve been coming here for now & it Gets to the point where u just sit back and know your in good hands. The hair will be done as exactly asked or even better by the time you leave. U realise your smiling much more. Oh mannn the hair washes here are the best. Can fall asleep to the music and the gentle head massage. Anyways who ever gets to be luckier enough to read this. U will never go anywhere else.
