I've previously had poor experiences with other recruitment agencies, but I've found SOS to provide a streamlined, easy-going experience that makes them a clear favourite.

I've dealt with recruitment agencies before, though my experience with SOS recruitment has been the best. I felt welcome and in good hands right from the start. My first interview with Cameron put me at ease. When he asked if I had any questions, I didn't have any as he'd already covered all my concerns and then some. Cameron made me feel like I had support regardless if I got the job or not. However, due to some rush work from Cameron to get my application in, as I applied so late. I'm not sure many would go to the trouble in the final hour, so I couldn't be more grateful. Paris has also been very helpful when I got further along in the recruitment process. I can't sing the praises of SOS recruitment enough. I was job hunting for months, before I was lucky enough to come across them.
My experience with SOS recruitment has been absolutely fantastic. From the first meeting, I was very comfortable and confident with Deanna. Deanna effectively communicated with me every step of the recruitment process, even just dropping a line to say if she was still waiting on something. I've been with other labour hire firms, and SOS recruitment has been the best by far. I highly recommend SOS.
This company is true to their name, their practice and for what they stand for. Not an algorithm but true human connection. Aiden contacted me the following day after I had registered my interest online for a job role that was advertised on the SOS website. Within days I had my first video interview with SOS and just a few days after was my final interview with the employer! Amazing! Aiden played an excellent part in presenting my application and making those crucial appointments. Needless to say, I was successful at the interview and in total the whole process took just one week from application to hiring date. Again, amazing! A BIG thank you to Aiden and the team at SOS.
