Anne was fabulous and my wedding dress was altered to perfection. As soon as I tried on my dress, Anne told me immediately what needed to get done to make it perfect. She cut of the useless „underdress“, added a beautiful bustle and got my dress all ready for my big day. Will absolutely come back with any alteration needs, thank you Anne!
It’s hard for me to express in words how incredible Anne was. I purchased a wedding dress from a reputable bridal shop who pushed me out the door and told me I needed no alterations even though I told them over and over I didn’t feel comfortable or beautiful in my wedding dress. A few days before my wedding, aka last minute, I contacted Anne on a whim in hopes that she could help me. She took me in within a few hours and the rest is history. She immediately pointed out what I had already deemed as unflattering and unfitting which gave me relief because I knew she was being honest. Told me exactly what needed to be done and that I shouldn’t stress anymore because she was going to take care of it…. And take care of it she did. Two days later my dress was ready to go, including a full steam. I tried it on and I couldn’t believe that the dress could be fitted to me in such a way. I felt beautiful. I felt relieved. I’m so incredibly grateful for Anne and her fast service, her happy attitude, and her humour! I feel she was so reasonably priced on top of everything else. Thank you so so much Anne! My mum wanted me to come here to get my ball dress altered because it was too long and the straps were loose. Anne was lovely and made me feel comfortable while cutting around the dress with me in it which I found really special as the dress is meant to fit me in the dress and not on the hanger. I had it back within a week as she took it to get steamed for us, which I thought was really nice. It even came home with us in a dress bag and a velvet hanger. Anna was an amazing alteration lady. If any, might be the best in perth if you want to alter your wedding dress. I don't even have to question her or worry. I have been coming here for over 15 years, only place that is skilled enough to tailor fits for my jeans, pants and suits. The amount of compliments I recieve on my fits is genuinely a reflection of how skillful these guys are!
I have been coming to get my clothes altered here for several years. Nothing I buy off the rack fits like it should. Especially jeans, shirts and suits. As soon as I buy clothes I bring them here and Anne makes them fit great. I like my clothes slim fit and Anne does this very well. Anne is very friendly, helpful and great at what she does. I think the pricing is very reasonable. Another thing I like is the alterations never take long to do. Usually get done by the next day in my experience. Highly recommend.Service: Alterations
I have trusted Anne with many alterations in the past, of even 2 bridesmaid gowns but she lost my confidence and business today. Apart from waiting 5 minutes for measurements in the jumpsuit to be altered and no where to sit whilst she attended to another customer, she said it would cost $100 to pick up a hem and install a zip. I agreed, but then her price started to rise to $110 then $135 which I still agreed. She said I had to pay in advance. I agreed. However she then said she "had no time" to listen to me! I lost my composure told her she was rude, and will tell everyone I know not to go there!!
Anne was very lovely. I brought in a pair of orange pants that were a little too sheer and a little too small. She lined the pants with the fabric I bought in, and widened waist band too. She even sewed on a button and clasp for free. I think she was nice. It was very worth while going to her since the pants were an absolute hit at graduation :Service: Alterations
She is a cheater. She deal at her home. Takes payment in advance. And then keep on delaying the collection and at the end give your clothes in unfixed condition. Also threatens you n insults you so that you'll not ask for your paid money and leaves as it is.
