Enjoyed lunch here today, noodle bowl with lemongrass chicken as pictured. Was tasty but too few salad greens in my opinion. Staff friendly, prompt and helpful. Eat in could be better, bench was sticky & there’s an annoying alarm from the back continually sounding.

Today is their 7th anniversary, so banh mi is only $7 and tastes as good as ever

Always run out of ingredients but stay open anyway. Sick of going there to find they’ve run out of particularly roast pork - one of Soonta’s most popular dishes and I woulda thought a kinda staple for a Vietnamese place? Best call ahead to ensure they’ve got all the menu options they advertise. If you could be bothered. Or maybe just try a different Vietnamese takeaway - there’s plenty of them and they all do the same menu.

If you enjoy wasting your time come to this store. On three occasions within the last couple months they have run out of either the protein I was after or today was rice! Worth noting, I don’t come late in the day where you would expect things to be sold out. I usually come no later than 13:00. Not wasting my time with Torrensville ever again. Terrible management.

Love Soonta but this Torrensville location honestly needs some work. My partner had a  banh mi which was great, however I had the chicken cold rolls and their cold rolls are advertised to be noodles, lettuce, mint, cucumber, however when I bit into it all there was, was a 2 slices of chicken, mint and a lot of noodles. For the price they charge, getting mostly noodles is pretty annoying and unsatisfying. You could barely even taste the chicken from biting into a chunk of noodles. This location seriously needs improvements.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Paid for double meat - only received one portion and it’s still border frozen. Entire meal was binned.  UPDATE  You can see the restaurant replied with an offer and asking for more information. This was provided to them and they have ghosted and ignored me ever since. It appears to be an insincere reply pretending to care.

Wasn't aware that Soonta Torrensville are now doing open sandwiches... looks like a retraining session is needed to explain that avocado is to go in the bánh mì, not on it... Management needs to ensure quality control. Made it hard to eat.

Portion sizes in rice bowl significantly smaller then any other soontas I went too

Absolutely friendly and amazing service! Went here to get a few Bahn mi meal deals and the staff one lady in particular - didn’t catch her name was so friendly and quick at getting my order ready. She also informed me of the deal they have going on and when I walked out forgetting one of my meals, she chased me to give it to me. The meals taste absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place and definitely will be back
