Had the pre employment medical on time, waited 45 minutes in the waiting room , then I received a phone call from the receptionist to say I need to come back and pay. After telling her Iv been sitting 2 meters in front of her for 45 minutes she tried to make out it was my fault. I think the staff there need a medical.
Sonic is so occupied in getting your medical cash they seem to forgot about any customer care . Be wise do not pay until you have received their services and happy with it .
Been going to Sonic Osborne Park clinic for the past 9yrs with my Fifo medicals wouldn't go any were else great place.
Was very unfriendly untill I got to know the people. They are allright.
