I had a fracture in my wrist sustained at work over a period of about 5 months I saw Dr. Michael and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure my safe speedy rehabilitation. He's professionalism and expertise. Insured that I was back at work as soon as possible. Dr Michael was caring in his approach, and one of the best Dr's I have seen over the years. And I've seen a few.nnThe reception staff  were extremely efficient and flexible in making appointments as required.nnAwesome.

Terrible experience with this practice waited over 2 hours for a DnA test that took 5 minutes to complete. Unsure why an appointment is made when they seem to be unable to meet this agreement.

Cannot get their shit together. Book you in and make u wait. Fill out three mandatory forms to buy themselves time. Then surprise! We gave you the wrong forms fill these out too! Meanwhile you can't see anyone till they are done. After all that. You still need to wait another hour

Horrible customer service, waiting times horrendous…expected to be early for your appointment and then made to wait 2hrs!nUnacceptable practice.

As everyone else mentioned in their reviews this company doesn’t appreciate your time…..waited 2 hours over for my appointment….happy to take my money though. Terrible service
