Arrived 10 minutes before me scheduled appointment, waited for 15 minutes for an iPad to fill in my details and give necessary consents and took another 15 minutes to finish 20 questions. Was first called 50 minutes after my original appointment. Toilet that testing was completed was not clean and bin was overflowing with used urine tests. Overall all not a great health facility which it why they receive a 1 star rating.
1 star because you can't rate any lower. Apparently time management isn't a high priority as you wait OVER and hour after your appointment time. Staff give little to no consideration of patients time or concerns. Absolutely the worst clinic I've ever attended and in my industry I have must complete many physicals. And the same copy paste response this clinic gives to all the negative ratings is a smoke screen to try give the illusion it will and does care to make changes. Utter disgrace
Actually reasonable service. Granted I was booked early in morning but I was able to complete my medicals without significant wait time typically waited 10 minutes between tests.
Not only the Brisbane but Sonic in general. I pay for my medical as I use it for various sites being a contractor. They lost my X-Ray's, I have to beg for my medical report well after the assessment as they only want to release it to a supervisor. Today I am still waiting for a recent assessment to maybe email it to me. It affects my job travel overseas, local and opportunities. Sonic does not consider the need of their clients. Let alone the waiting times! And please, don't use the Covid flag.
Terrible experience. How can the first appointment of the day be 30 minutes late? Easy - over book, open late and have absolutely no regard for your patients time. So disrespectful!
Send our employees here for any work related injuries. Get an appointment straight away. Friendly and helpful staff.
Go anywhere else but here. Turned up to my appointment on time but had to wait 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment time. No explanation, no apologies. Had a busy schedule that day and running so late at the appointment caused me to miss a business opportunity.
Useless. Took 6 weeks despite me calling after 2 weeks and being told it had been to submitted to send the results of my coal board medical resulting in me missing out on the position.
Went for a site medical with Sonic Health which included a chest x-ray. Following my appointment I received a duty of care letter from the doctor saying i had a lung abnormality and that i should see my local GP. When i went to my local GP to go through the results, Sonic Health plus refused to provide the xray scans referred to by the duty of care letter to my GP forcing me to fork out the cost of another xray scan and another GP appointment. Only service provider for the Mt Isa Medical in Brisbane so very slow turn around times.
I have been seeing Dr Dave Cormack for a long term injury for 2-3 years and have never had a bad experience, his care and service is always nothing short of exceptional. The admin and nurse staff have always been amazing, professional and again have not had a bed experience dealing with them particularly Christine in admin she is amazing!. Reading the other reviews seems people are upset about waiting, yes sometimes there can be a wait as there is at every other medical practice in the country. Something to remember it’s a business as well as a medical practice if they r short staffed on a day of overwhelmed with patients due to reasons out of their control be patient and don’t take your frustration out on staff, they are doing their best. I will absolutely continue to be treated here and would highly recommend to family and friends.
