Horrible man to deal with. I have had this program for some time. Although it has promise it also has numerous errors and John refuses to acknowledge anything. I have had constant licence key problems. and am now facing being locked out completely. John woods is impossible to get in touch with and when contact was made he just accussed me of changing computers among other things and refuses to help. HE HAS NOW TOLD ME TO USE A DIFFERENT PROGRAM. WHAT A JOKE HE IS. I am currently contacting consumer affairs to make official complaints. Avoid this program at all costs. There are a number of better and much cheaper alternatives

Extremely difficult to deal with when they do answer the phone it is just to say that the guy that can help is in a meeting and will call back. The software requires a license key which they also do not supply within the 24h timeframe specified they actually have not sent it to date and the software is not working. Have tried calling 3 times now to voicemail. Do not recommend.
