One star is generous. If you like your security screens with holes in the corner, this company is for you see photos attached. They look terrible.  if you like to work with a company who employ a manager who's customer service skills are horrendous, this company is for you.  Their quote may be cheaper...and it is cheaper for a reason.  Submitted a complaint to the company as the sample shown by the Salesman had no holes however the installed product does...to be told this is how they make them...after wasting my time writing 2 separate letters of complaint/feedback and 2 phone calls...even though the product shown is not the product delivered, the manager Joe's only response is, pay your outstanding balance immediately.  Most other brands weld their product for a neat professional finish something you would expect when spending $3000...not One Solomon's Clearshield.  Not quite the "stylish good looks" their website promotes!

Not even worth 1 star. Look at the photos, need I say more? My aunty a very experienced sewer was visiting when the blinds were being installed. She outstanded me with her speed of telling me the blinds are not good quality

Just installed for my townhouse on all windows and panels. Jim, the sales consultant was helpful and thorough in getting all panels quoted and installed. Though the waiting time is 4 weeks, the technician Wil was knowledgeable and skillful in getting all works done quickly. The products gave me confidence, can open my doors knowing that insects are kept away and I feel safer now. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service from start to end of project.  Paul gave us professional advice and options for our deck project.  The pricing was excellent, all timeframes were met and the installation was ahead of schedule.  We are extremely happy with the end result and have had endless compliments from everyone who's seen our new aluminium louvre shutters.  It's created a whole new 'room' to our house and captured light and breezes perfectly!

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about my amazing experience with Kathleen! She came highly recommended and boy did she deliver! From start to finish, Kathleen was an absolute delight to work with.
