My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a used car from this dealership. I’ve had bad experiences at several dealerships but this dealership restored my faith good ones exist. Our salesman Lucky and Jason with financing were very helpful and walked us through everything. The car was clean with a full tank of gas when we left. I’d recommend!
Wife and I had a great experience with Peterson and Camry. Peterson was great to work with and very personable -even gave us an amazing pizza spot that changed my life. Camry was awesome at walking us through the car and making sure everything went smoothly -cannot say enough good things about these two.
I purchased a used off brand vehicle from this Audi Dealership. The vehicle was surprisingly offered at a very good price. Purchased the vehicle cash and it was a smooth transaction. Only issue was that before purchasing the vehicle, me and the sales person Yasmin agreed that the would have a minor modification done to the vehicle which she said would be done after the purchase. After the purchase, I communicated with her about the modification to the vehicle and was given the run around and eventually ghosted me. Not really the way to get a quick sale. Lesson learned.
While I don’t leave reviews often, I felt compelled to describe my first purchase experience at Audi Hawthorne. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday and were greeted by Julius and Marty. You could tell that Marty had a keen appreciation for Audis and its history. Julius also knew the cars inside and out; which is huge when you’re considering a $50-60K purchase. Dominique made the paperwork process a breeze and wasn’t pushy at all. I was really impressed with the courtesy and level of service. Thank you!
Peterson at Audi Hawthorne was excellent. He was thorough and clear when reviewing inventory and pricing options. He also made himself very available via text/phone and went above and beyond to help resolve an insurance issue. Overall I felt taken care of and secure in my Audi purchase
I had a very positive experience with Audi Hawthorne. I’ve been car purchasing before over the years and I have to say the process here was pretty great. Did my research before showing up number one rule, *always* take the time to be an informed car buyer and they took the time to show me what was on the lot, take some time test driving, working out the numbers with me and adding on the care packages I was looking for. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and honestly walked away really happy. Worked with Armaan Ogunc for Sales and Dominique Denis for Financing. I’d do it again for sure.
Julius at Audi Hawthorne is an excellent sales person. I am 60 plus years old and have bought countless cars over the years. This was, by far, my best experience at a dealership. From the general manager, to Julius, to George in detailing, the team was friendly, knowledgable, and respectful. I highly recommend them.
The coolant pipe, radiator and thermostat all broke down on my 2018 Q5 Audi which has 52,000 miles. Audi quality products which were maintained via Audi Care for the 1st 5 years should not have resulted in all 3 aforementioned items breaking down. I am not happy that the service representative did not push to have a better price for the service and repair of my vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing an Audi in the future, as the quality of the car is not reliable.
My husband recently purchased an Acura MDX from this dealership. They were very professional and honest. We were so pleased to have such a great experience so close to home. No ridiculous fees. They had the car inspected and ready to go same day. The entire process took a little over two hours from start to finish. Craig and Denis were very professional & courteous. Recommending Audi of hawthorne to everyone we know. You will not be disappointed!
