Despite mentioning that you can order online, they don't accept these orders and you have to call them to get your order done. I learned it the hard way were my order was rejected by two platforms and had to do a lot of calls to get my money back. Luckily we live in Docklands, so we walked to the restaurant and got the Chicken Shawarma platter $30. Order was ready and we took it home. The platter comes with fries, pickles, side salad, garlic paste, and Arabic bread. I thought the quality was decent and the garlic paste was probably the star of the dish. For the price we paid, the portion was generous and is enough for 2 people. I won't say it was the best shawarma in town, and still think it's a bit overpriced, but it was a good deal.
Pathetic, pathetic experience I had here today. We entered and were requested to take a seat. Got the menu and then that's all. No one bothered to take our order. Although it was only some 10% occupied, rest was all empty. We literally had to call someone repeatedly to attend us. There was a lot of staff but totally carefree of paying attention to the incoming customers. After a while we were able to place an order. All we ordered was a kanafe and 2 cups of coffee. Got the coffee in few minutes. And after another 20 minutes they came up to us to tell that there was no kanafe available. Such was the pathetic customer service here. Do yourself a favor and never come here. I would never come here again even for a free food. You just don't feel welcomed at all. They make you feel like a burder on them. Have a look at the pictures. It was so empty.!!!

Grumpy slouch with worst customer service than Telstra, overcharged me for chicken wings that look worse than my dead nan. Wish I could have went to a funeral than here. Don’t even get me started on b-grade maccas chips. The shisha comes with dusty rocks. The toilets don’t have locks and looks worse than maccas bathrooms. Cups came dirtier than India’s water. Please do not go as your health will be on the line. I would have received better service from a disabled child.
This place is my new favourite Lebanese restaurant in Docklands. Ordered a shisha with entries and a main. All exceeded expectations. Highly recommended
It was awful!! Expencive food with LOW quality. Its Shawarma meat was fatty and gricy. Irs taste was too bad. Its Lamb Shank was not good. Its meat had a awful taste. Its Lemon, Lime and Bitters was a bottle one that its taste was bad. Buttt , its Dough was really really good and tasty.
Loved the service here. Food was tasty and filling. Shisha was also great and everything was reasonably priced.
One star as they don't have a smoke free area and the place just smells like Shisha. Ruins the taste of the food. Solidaire platter was alright chose chips instead of chicken, but the chicken mansaf was meh. It was rice, a few pieces of chicken and yoghurt on the side. I'd avoid this place as it attracts a young teenaged crowd of Shisha smokers, which is off-putting for a nice meal out.
Superlative! Staff always ready to help, extreme cleanliness and posh atmosphere with the pleasant view to the sea. A special shout out the chef! The food was the best we have ever had! Brilliant delivery and extremely tastylicious!
Such a lovely restaurant, staff were so obliging, kind and fast service. Food was delicious, over looking the water, recommend this placeFood: 5/5
