Agreed with Fred paint the house interior. He said only used Dulux paint, agreed on the colour scheme and paint. He added to show me his warehouse on his phone where he prepares the paint but i took nothing of it. 
Fred only does a small portion of the work himself and has several other cowboys run the show. I had a pretty bad experience with an exterior shutter which i explained was not connected to electricity they dismantled by his guys and went into an argument with him in order to get them to fix. 
When i came to view the finished job they'd left their old empty paint cans behind on site and i had not seen any one of dulux.
I also noticed and asked why the woodwork hadn't been painted in oil based paint as agreed, he simply answered "water based is better".
The paint doesn't stick well it was apparent straight after the paint that sections were already scaling, now after a few weeks particularly the skirtings are peeling away.
