Anyone that wants to improve their flying skills and expand their knowledge then the instrument rating with SOAR AVIATION is the course for you! Being able to soar through clouds for the first time in a twin engine aircraft is an amazing experience I will never forget. Since graduating from the course I know I now have skills required to get me one step closer to that airline job everyone dreams of.

Had an excellent introduction to flying. The instructor, Jesse, was fantastic and gave a great insight into the basics of flying. Definitely looking at moving ahead with this!

I started flight training here as a private student while i was working at kfc and finishing off high school. few years later jumped on the cpl cluster and Instructor rating at BoxHill which then landed me my first flying job (which isnt always easy). Soar is huge on giving students opportunities upon completion. would definitely recommend soar and encourage getting on the instructor rating as you will meet alot of new people. 5 stars!

Where do I start..........! hmmmmm..... Ok so I’ll start with a particular person who works at soar I’m not going to name names, but yeah this guy should not be in the industry, he has no people skills, just rude an arrogant. He should not be an instructor!!! My personal experience an along with many others, he’s not helpful at all, when you ask questions that you don’t fully understand his answer to that is “you should already know this” well clearly I don’t fully understand it hence to why I’m asking you. Also one particular time I’ll never forget, I was doing a flight with him an was having abit of an off day with him before we even left an I started to forget things only minor little things because he was making me very uncomfortable in the air by just shouting an screaming an abusing me like an idiot instead of helping me as his student is just absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! Also him being chief flight instructor I thought being such a professional title on his name would be a professional person but unfortunately he is not!! Luckily I kept my cool otherwise things could of turned out abit differently when we got back to the airport. Flying is everything I wanted to do an this school is the worst school I’ve ever been to! I’ll be honest their are good people there some of the instructors I’ve had are really good an we’re really helpful towards me, but I can see why so many instructors are leaving an going to work at other schools. This school is so bloody unorganised it’s ridiculous! I’ve spoken to many of students who are Private or from Boxhill an it’s the same answers. Getting screwed over time an time again, by coming to a flying lesson an then finding out your flights been shifted or canceled. Like where’s the customer courtesy call!!!!! I used to drive over an hour to come to this pathetic school an show up on time for my lesson an then get told you’re not flying, waste my time an fuel to show up!! Worst mistake I’ve made coming to this school! Biggest waste of money! They don’t care about your learning! Especially the CEO! They just want you to sign up an blow cash to fill there pockets! I feel sorry for some of the instructors because they’re getting paid below average wages! I’m glad I’ve found a new school that actually care about your learning an follow up on how you’re going with things! All I can say is if you want to waste your time an money by all means go to this school. But if you want to learn I highly suggest you do your homework an stay away from this place! I also believe that a lot of these 5 star ratings on there reviews are false! Because so many students I’ve spoken to have the same answers as me! (Also Soar aviation don’t bother replying to this because I already know your answer, it’s the same generic answer use give to all your negative feedback, I’ve read them all!!!!!!!)

The instructors are nice and they really give you a chance to show yourself. I really like the Foxbat A-22 but i would prefer flying a Cessna 172.
