We had a wonderful experience! The staff were unbelievably exceptional, so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated being able to extend our stay past our original end time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the end of our first year wedding anniversary celebrations. It was the perfect way to wrap up a special evening after a delicious dinner. Thank you for making it all so memorable!
Such a lovely experience! First time away from bub and Soak Bathhouse offered the perfect relaxing atmosphere for me and hubby nnWarm magnesium pool, hot mineral spa , steam room ‍, sauna, a quick dip into the cold plunge pool then repeat! Soak Bathhouse had exactly what this mama needed nnFeeling zen and so peaceful, the mood lighting, lovely decor and coloured skies made this visit one to remember
Quite unclean and not the greatest experience right from the start. I arrived with my friend this morning for our booking, and her other guest woke up that morning very unwell so she did not attend as to not get others sick.nnWe explained this to the staff but they said they were unable to amend the booking. We even said we’d be happy to upgrade our own packages for the two of us but we don’t want to pay for someone that is unwell.nnMy friend ended up using her entire $150 gift card and paid extra on top, which was quite disappointing. We understood that they couldn’t change it in their system but a credit would have been appreciated, and this was at a very quiet time so no spaces were being wasted at one point in our session there was no one else on the premises. We were only offered a soft drink each.nnOverall, the facilities were not as clean as I would have liked shower pictured and I found the surfaces to feel a little bit slimy across the pools and saunas. Some unidentified “floaters” in some of the spas as well. If you’re looking for a fabulous relaxation I would highly recommend The Bathhouse Albion instead, I much prefer their service, facilities, provided products and hygiene.nnThe sounds of construction were not very relaxing either, which I understand there’s not much they can do about that, but BH Albion is a much preferred experience start to finish for me.nnWould not recommend when there are far better facilities and service available inner city.
Gifted my partner this experience & we both are satisfied. Warm welcoming staff. Calming atmosphere. Felt cleansed & relaxed, skin was glowing after our session. It was worth it & we enjoyed every minute of it. We would defiantly recommend this to others.
An incredibly relaxing and reinvigorating experience.nI went with my two adult children for some family bonding and relaxation after a very emotional few days. It was such a calm, safe space for us to relax in, and the variety of different temperatures and magnesium was a great benefit to our tired bodies. A lovely choice of teas and plenty of other beverages available to help stay hydrated.nWe will definitely be back, and likely purchasing gift vouchers for Christmas!nnThe only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the very loud and boisterous group of twenty-somethings who came in the amenities room as we were changing and leaving. We were beautifully calm and relaxed after our visit, and the groups lack of awareness and rambunctious behaviour disturbed the calm we had worked hard to achieve
