Loved this place. Went to SOAK in Mermaid Beach QLD, have also been to their South Yarra Melbourne location and both times had a great experience. Go at your own pace. Me and my friend paid for massage upgrade and it was heavenly. Music was calming and familiar. Complimentary tea provided where you can have as much as you want. Urban Oasis.
Wonderful caring staff giving expert safety instruction and explaining what was on offer and what was the best way to use the facilities.nA wonderful experience with different temperature pools, 2 spa pools, a sauna and steam rooms. Outdoor showers for a quick wash down to use the ice pool after using the sauna or steam room to get.nThere is also other facilities like massage rooms, Light type sauna etc that can be checked out and booked. Check out their website for more details.nI totally recommend this Bathhouse. Wish we had one in the Hunter/ Newcastle Area.
Tried out the spa and sauna at Soak Bathhouse Mermaid Beach for the first time and had such a great experience! Even though it was a sold-out session and quite busy, everything felt super clean and hygienic. The whole space is really well maintained, and everyone there was respectful and mindful of hygiene, which made it really relaxing.nnI only used the spa and sauna this time but can already highly rate the overall experience.nnDefinitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Bonus points for offering locals discount codes and gift vouchers—perfect if you want to treat yourself or someone else. Highly recommend! The staff were so friendly and polite, they have many great facilities and amenities.
Fantastic affordable way to escape the weekly grind, relax, recharge and unwind.nnIt’s amazing what a difference slowing down for a couple of hours can make!nnFacilities are always clean and inviting and despite being on the hwy it’s very quiet and peaceful!
Had my first soak session and it was so enjoyable. Enjoying going from pool to pool and relaxing. I wish they had options to purchase additional hours etc. I wanted a bit more than 90mins to relax. Be good if they had an add an hour option when booking. But overall I’d like to go back.
