Beautiful service, skill, knowledge. Fixed/modified my right ski boots as my pinky toe was hurting even after a lot of use. The comfort improvement after is phenomenal.nGot the recommended all mountain skis based on my info and was so happy after 8 days at Perisher. It just worked.nMy wife's specific purple binder request was accommodated and it looked awesome with her skis and boots that were from here too.nBoth of us are happy customers.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and very patient while I bought gloves and ski goggles for my three teenage children. I will definitely be back as the service was excellent.
Horrible experience with the new owners of this place. Purchased an expensive pair of ski pants that ripped on day 2 of the trip through the normal course of skiing and all they said was “ go a repair them yourself with some tape”. Do not shop here!nnAdditionally, the below response from the business is a complete set of lies. Upon contacting the manufacturer they have offered to send a new pair of pants for free. So, I don’t believe you ever contacted the manufacturer at all. Also, the offer for a new pair at 50% off the original price was also wrong because I found the same pair of pants discounted on your website, thus you were trying to rip me off. You also never discussed any of this in store… it was over the phone. Plus, when I asked you to mail the pants back to me because I couldn’t drive due to an injury, you wanted to charge me for postage. You don’t deserve to be in business or have any loyal customers. Never shop here !!!
Great range of quality goods. The staff are so friendly and helpful with their advice and care. We went their to buy some snow boots. They gave us such good advice and help in ensuring that we made the right selection and saved us some money. Thoroughly recommended.
I was looking for a warm waterproof coat for an upcoming trip in Norway. Happened upon snow central & they had a fabulous XTM jacket in my size & on sale! I also chose a lovely beanie hat in a soft grey. Shipping was fast & seamless with updates & tracking. Tried on my jacket & it’s perfect. Thanks
