Rude stupid arrogant unfriendly hostile and passive aggressive dismissive staff

Excellent customer service from Sean at the Fitzroy store. He arranged a special order from the manufacturer, happily answered all questions and was great to deal with. Highly recommended.

I’ve purchased two mattresses from here and both times been impressed with great service, mattress choices, and price. The staff take the time to talk you through each mattress and genuinely want to find the right one for your needs.
