Purchased King bed base online. Great pricing and that is where the great service ends. I had to follow up a week later to find out when the item purchased would be delivered. Once the item was delivered we discovered one of the bases leg did not screw in. The store was contacted immediately & we were told to send an email with photos. I have followed up the store with another email and phone call to resolve the situation. As I have now had no response I have made a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading. Very poor service!

Jo and the Team at Snooze Bundall are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They have supplied us with all our bedding needs for many years. Both my kids bedroom suites look as good as the day they got them and they are over 12 years old! Great quality, service and pricing. Highly recommended!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Walked in and roamed around the stores for about 10mins while 3 workers sat at their computers, looked up, ignored me then looked back down. A couple walked in and within 1min of their entry they were acknowledged and greeted and asked if they needed assistance. I guess they’re making enough money they don’t need to offer assistance to all their customers, only the ones they like the look of? Never again snooze.
Joanne was so amazing! It only took us a matter of minutes to narrow down something as important as buying a bed thanks to her assistance. Now the whole family has new beds coming and we are very excited. Highly recommend this store.
