After signing up I was spammed with texts and calls. I opted out of the texts but was still repetitively called even though I hung up instantly every time. I just want to see the price of membership but they try to get you to sign up. The pricing is ridiculous and not competitive with other gyms.
I have been attending Snap Westend for just shy of a year. Extremely grateful to the Manager and Personal Trainer at Snap who every visit provide a welcoming, clean, positive, professional space to workout! Thanks Karel and crew!
I applied for cancellation of membership in the store on 4/8/2022. The staff helped me send an email to their email address on my mobile phone. However, since I saw that snap has been withholding my money from me in the bank consumption record, I sent emails to ask whether my membership has been cancelled in the three days of 4/8/2022, 27/9/2022 and 25/11/2022. However, there was no reply. Finally, snap western deducted my membership fee of $281.2 . It was a terrible experience. The shop assistant didn't admit that they received my email and refused to refund. Snap westend is really terrible.
I have not used this gym but the website requires inputting personal contact details in order for you to check the membership options. I've probably received at least once a week for the past month a call asking if I'm still looking for a gym. Very annoying business practice.
Overall a great experience
Love going here whenever I can, the manager at this gym has such a positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards everyone.
This gym is amazing !! Always feel welcome, equipment is new & everything is always so clean . Karel the manager is really friendly & full of knowledge which is so helpful especially when you're like me and new to gym. Really happy that I walked into this gym . Highly recommend it. :
i dig the very friendly and professional staff always giving advice and tips on how to improve technique. the gym equipment is always maintained and well looked after, always a clean place to train. keep on keeping strong my fit fam.
