If you're thinking of starting a healthy regime or want to work out in a friendly environment then I would highly recommend this gym. The staff and members are really friendly and not intimidating like larger gym's. I joined a couple of months ago and have seen great improvements in my diet, weight and physical appearance. The personal trainers are all really helpful and I've never been afraid to ask for their advice and help. All round, a great place. 10/10.
Absolute gem of a gym. The gym is modern and well equipped. It’s airy and well planned out over two floors. Upstairs you will find the cardio suite with a good range of equipment and space for the classes which are held at the gym. The two owners/PT coaches are knowledgable and support all members as well as their clients. It’s a friendly gym where people encourage each other. The gym has neat and tidy changing and shower areas. You can also get a great coffee and protein bars after your session. All in all a great gym, great owners and great members. Update May 2021 Have now visited the Brandon gym and all I can say is what a treat it is. Not living in the area made the trip worthwhile and I’ll definitely coming back to train. The guys have done an incredible. Visit either gym and join, you won’t be disappointed.
A great gym with everything you would need to workout. Owner and staff are very friendly and approachable. Plenty of space to park you car at the rear.

Lynx fitness is one of the best gyms in the area! It has a great vibe, good variety of equipment and classes. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this gym and would definitely recommended it to family and friends.:
Cant recommend this gym enough.it provides all the latest equipment and is kept spotless. Full of friendly none judgemental customers from first time gym users to seasoned vets.the staff and trainers know what they are talking about and are always on hand to help.
Friendly environment Some great classes available at all times of the day so you have no excuses. Great knowledgeable personal trainers available to help you achieve any fitness goal you may have. Cannot recommend highly enough.
