Popped in too early for my appointment and saw the beautician to have my eyebrows threaded...I have never had anyone do them before and she was a marvel! Barely felt it and no discomfort at all. Very relaxing strangely and a fab job done...they are marvellous!
Just came out of the this salon after having a cut and colour. When paying had a shock, they over charged me £10 more than what they quoted. Before the hairdresser started doing my hair I asked how much it will be, I was told the all over tint will be £50 and and cut and blow dry will be £38. When paying they charged me £60 for all over tint. When I asked why, I was told it is what it is by this hairdresser who I believe is the owners daughter. She is soo rude. I said I was not told it will be £60, her response was it's from £50. Would not go there again. All the other salons are able to give exact price, not sure why smudge can't and just try to get as much money out of their customers as they can.
Only screens in place between washbasins but not sure how useful they are anyway. Hairdresser, Sab, was very friendly and professional. Very pleased with my cut. Will be returning.
