Do not lodge your tax with this business as the miscommunication is horrendous and i was made to wait from october 2021 to april 2022 for them to finally lodge my tax. I contacted their agent with my details in october 2021 and made the payment as per their instructions and waited until april 2022 when i called ATO as i was confused why i haven’t recieved my tax return yet and they advised that they have no confirmation of my tax information. I contacted the office and they said that i should send them an email confirmation of my payment which i was not notified of. They continued arguing with over the coarse of 2 weeks over this and they still did not lodge my tax return until i threatened to expose them to ATO which i was advised to do by ATO and only then they managed to do it matter off days. They could have done this soo easily but managed to drag it out for months which was soo frustrating. I will never again go there again and can only advise others to do the same. Don’t waste your money!!
