Was denied refund even though product was returned in original condition with reciept as it was an unsuitable purchase. She said no refunds on change of mind but failed to understand it was an unsuitable purchase. Was also denied store credit or voucher as i couldn't find a suitable replacement item. General friendliness, professionalism and customer service was lacking. Will not be returning
Absolutely great staff and always well informed with a great stock list, all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have built a strong rapport with the chermside community
I found the prices of cards very misleading and not worth the prices won't be buying from here again

I usually shop here for vapes because they aren't too costly. it's been the 3rd time now I've received a dud product, fully packaged and sealed vape but juice has burnt out. Refund is not worth it nor will I purchase anything else from this place.
