Owner and executive chef Darren is a mastercraftsman when it comes to food. Cooking is not just a job and it is more than a passion. It is a calling that goes to the very core of his being. Over the years we have seen new friendships created and existing ones deepened by sharing a food experience. Whether it's sharing our successes, failures, laughter or tears, delicious food is always a constant. At Smoke & Soda we want to bring you the best fresh, local and sustainable produce we can get our hands on. Where possible we are partnering with local farmers in the region to bring you the best quality produce and create for you a memorable food experience that will have you coming back time and time again.
