Fantastic service... my son checked out some trail shoes in the Tauranga branch - got helpful advice regarding the specifics of the type of running etc, and a pair was couriers to me the next day... very happy with them. Good to know the willingness to help us runners out extends to Roxburgh too...

Great service. I went in for running shoes as a new runner. We talked about what I was using them for, my running was recorded and analysed before determining where I needed support. I was told about all the options to rectify my pronation and provide cushioning suitable for someone new to running. I tried 7 or 8 pairs, being monitored in them each time. Settled on a pair with a 7 day try them window. I took them home and wore them around the house as per suggestion before running on them. This proved really vital because the side of my foot started going a little numb. I went back and asked about this, it was determined they were probably too narrow and we tried about 6 more wide ones. I walked away with another pair that I’m really happy with. Thank you Paris for your patience and guidance! Certainly felt like a valued customer. Will be recommending.
We were simply blown away by the friendly and helpful service we received here, so much so, instead of just replacing my pair of shoes, we got a pair for both hubby and I. The young man was just amazing and nothing was too much.
Really happy with the service I received when my new shoes needed replacing. Chris was friendly and professional, and made it super easy to get my shoes replaced. Any time I need new sneakers in the future this is definitely where I'll be coming. Thanks team!
