I have suffered for a long time from pain. It was undiagnosed until the dentists here were able to pick up that it was jaw pain, and corrected my problems.

The dentist I see at Hamilton is wonderful. Kind, caring and put together a plan to help make my teeth look good and be healthy. Paid for everything up front on finance and was told that as Healthcare fund claims were made they would refund me the gap payment this was the easiest option at the time. I’m now stuck with having to follow them up each time I’m due to be refunded after a visit. With payments taking in excess of two weeks to be paid to me, and only being paid if I call and ask for money to be paid to me. Asked for a staff member to send me an email after a conversation with her trying to chase up money owed to me, waited over an hour and a half and have not received anything. I now have 8 months left of having to beg them for money each time I have a treatment done and am owed a refund for GAP payments. This may be the easy option for them as they have been paid… but not an easy experience for me as the customer having to chase them for money I’m owed.

I had a pain and they were able to fit me into the busy day. Very thankful

Brilliant help and caring work for a dental emergency on a Sunday. So difficult to find anyone who would help but Smiling Dental was there to help in a very painful and strssful time with a broken tooth. Awesome work from them and also followup to check I was going ok with the repair. thanks everyone!

Been a long time between dental procedures, and never having a filling I was terrified. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Very thorough explanation of what was happening and when. The end result has really changed my confidence. I have gone from never smiling to smiling all the time thanks to Annabelle. Recommended to all my family, for when the time comes. Thanks again! :D

Great experience until I went through check out and was shamed by the receptionist in-front of a room full of waiting customers all because I wanted to call back up and re book my filling appointment when I had the money. I did not think that request would have the whole waiting room know how many fillings I must get done. Not professional.
