I had such a positive experience with Dr Vicky! From the first appointment I was given all the information to make my own choices about treatment options. At every appointment she ensured I was happy with how treatment was progressing. It was very easy to trust her to help me achieve what I was looking for. Most importantly though, Dr Vicky and her staff create such a great atmosphere, and every visit felt like going for a catch up with friends. Dr. Vicky was very thorough in her assessments, explanations and execution of my treatment. Her friendly and welcoming demeanour made the process much less daunting. Vicky and the team at smile design studio have been absolutely fantastic, kind and caring. I went to Vicky after being self-conscious of my teeth for years. She made me feel at ease and walked me through the process of getting veneers for my top and bottom teeth. After having nothing but trouble with previous dentists, I decided to find who the best in the business was. Lots of research and reviews later I found the most amazing dentist ever. I highly recommend Dr.Vicky as she’s so talented at what she does. From the moment you walk in the door, greeted by such lovely receptionists, to the calming feeling you get from Dr.Vicky and even the bit no one likes, paying for it, Dr Vicky looks after you price wise. I understand the concept you pay for what you get. Thanks be gone to the cheap dentists before and had 3 fillings fall out. I travel 18 hours by car each year for a check up and clean, if there is any work needed they always find time to book me in. Living so remote we don’t have dentists or doctors who stay longer then 3 months at a time. That’s why I choose Dr Vicky every time. I know what I’m getting, I know the price is great and I know the high end attention to detail is worth the wait. 5 stars and only great things to say about this place. Highly recommend to all ages and all dentist work or teeth whitening.
Dr Vicky and her team are hands down the best in the business. I was always met with a warm welcome by Heidy and Nadia in the practise and they consistently provided a professional and helpful experience during my porcelain veneers process. Dr Vicky was consistently kind, compassionate and understanding during each visit and went above and beyond to ensure the outcome of my new teeth were exactly what I envisioned. I’m often asked if my dental experience was painful, however, I can confidently say I experienced very minimal pain during the entire process and I believe that’s due to Dr Vicky’s attention to detail and her professionalism. Honestly I had a life changing experience and get so many compliments on my new teeth - I can’t recommend Dr Vicky and her team enough!
