Dr Sam was really helpful. I felt comfortable and relaxed. He properly discussed my health and results from the exam, and broke it down for me in simple terms. I had been experiencing bleeding gums but after a thorough clean, the bleeding has since stopped. Would definitely visit again.
10/10 experience, really kind staff all that I interacted with!!, super fast everything!, no pain during or even after!!! I literally only took pain killers twice after getting wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it out, I took the painkillers as soon as I got home like he said but I was still numb for ages after I didn't really need the first lot to be honest my pain scale honestly didn't go above 4 during and after procedure!! Definitely recommend Manukau branch my dentist was Sam I think his name was, really professional yet super relaxed & non judgemental vibes from all staff 10/10
Dr seob Hyun is by far the best dentist we’ve been to in South Auckland. Me and my mum were both seen, he was efficient made us feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly to us. I will definitely be coming back.
On arrival I went straight into surgery. The whole procedure was explained by Sam my dentist, including costs and ongoing care. A memorable pleasant experience. heading back for my follow up soon.
Called to enquire about getting a quote on a tooth extraction causing me pain. I reached the phone operator at the call center. I had to deal with an unpleasant woman and it was a waste of time. She didn't hear that it was an urgent tooth extraction so she tries to book me for another day. Not sure how she qualified for a call center job being deaf and cheeky. When I gave her my first name she jst went blank. Then she says I could call you deaf too because she asked for a full name. Her cheeky and unconcerned attitude doesn't match the Healthcare industry. Sounds like an Indian woman. Not recommending this because of her.
I have spent $1000 to get my wisdom and moler r out through surgery. Dentist said my nerve got damaged and may feel bit of numbness in my lip or tongue for sometime. I had no numbness in my tongue or lip, But after 48 hours my whole right leg got numb and was unable to stand or walk. I called them back and advised this and they said it shouldn’t have happened and will follow up. Notiing being done for 2 days due to weekend. Then got call and advised the same that it’s nothing to do with my surgery. Since then my leg is numb its better improving slowly but still numbness and my walking style changed as well. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Chose Smile Dental Manukau because I wanted good quality dental care. Dr. Seob hyun did a perfect job, recommend endorsing 100%
Omg it was great they were so fast explained the after care and talked me through what was happening which i appreciate they are also cheaper than other place i have been.
I love the team at Smile dental Manukau, they always make me feel comfortable and the work I get done is exceptional.
Love love love with how a job well done by the manukau staff members. They were able to do a really good job, as I nlknow well my teeth were hard to clean. I will definitely go back to them again in 6 month
