This is a great family owned business. I first found this place years ago when one of the major tax companies was going to charge me $600 to do my mom's taxes. I knew it was a rip off and knew there had to be a better option out there. A friend recommended them and I have now been using them for years. They are super friendly great customer service and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Carlos, Karla and their whole team are professional, honest and hard-working. I look forward to seeing Carlos and Karla every year and trust that they have the knowledge and experience required to accurately prepare my taxes. I've used SmarTax for my taxes on two different years. This is a family owned and run company and they are a pleasure to work with. Carlos is very good at what he does and is super friendly to visit with. They are available on weekends which is perfect if you can't get there during the week! I wish my taxes were always more complicated so I needed their services every year! I would recommend them 100 times over!

I give Karla and Carlos a 5 star rating! They are always so kind and are thorough with my taxes. This is my second year going to them and I will go again next year! My dad, grandparents, aunt, and uncle have gone to them for years. Would definitely recommend anyone to go through them. They make taxes fun and easy with their sense of humor and ability to tend to every tax need you have.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. They have ALWAYS been very friendly, upfront and fair.  Carlos and Karla know what they are doing. They provide a comprehensive  organizer to ensure I have everything I need, minimizing multiple emails or trips there.   My daughter has them do her taxes and everything is done via email.  They are flexible and a pleasure to work with.  I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I was recommended by a co-worker of my mine to come here to do my taxes. Carlos is an amazing person, I immediately felt welcomed by everyone in the office. Last year, I did my taxes via Turbo tax and due to an employer error was afraid to do my taxes alone this year. I served two years with an Americorps program decided to use my entire Segal Award. A mistake on my end, however, Carlos educated what my taxes would look like because of it. In the end, Carlos reviewed my taxes which resulted in owing to the Fed. govt. He told me my next steps and I was able to successfully pay off that debt with no penalties! Honestly this first deserves more than 5 stars because they are so responsive and knowledgable in what they do.
