This lady named V who did my eyebrow and upper lip waxing was really very good. She know how to address a customer and make them comfortable She made me feel comfortable while i was waiting and her service was great. SHOUT OUT TO YOU..For sure going back.----ROSE.

I love this hairdresser, they always do a great job. I always feel wonderful when I leave. They will fit you in if you don't have a appointment. I will always go back. My only criticism would be the staff change every time I go there. But saying that they have always done a great job.

I went to Smart Tops Burwood once and it wasn't a great experience. The staff was bored and didn't hide it. The girl doing my hair was more interested in checking her phone. Also, I find it ridiculous that they have a "semi-blow dry" and an "full blow-dry". I've been there once and will never go back.

There's a reason these guys have been in business since I was a child. They are always perfect in their cuts, and even though I don't live in Australia anymore, whenever I am back in Sydney, I always wait to go and have my hair cut by James and the friendly team. Highly recommended for consistency, price, and professionalism.
