I usually hate going to a mechanic because I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. But this experience was so much different and I will DEFINITELY be using Smart Automotive from now on for all my general maintenance. Very friendly and open about what my car needs. I'm not a car guy and they took the time to explain what was going on in terms I understood. Performed the labour for half the price I was quoted elsewhere, kept me updated constantly on how it was coming along, and got the job done quickly. No messing around, no trying to add in extra charges, did what I asked them to do and were up front about it. My first pleasant experience with a mechanic in years!
