Smales has been Western Australia's most trusted luxury jeweller and watchmaker for more than 75 years.

Established in Kalgoorlie in 1937 by Ron Smales Senior, the store sold and repaired quality timepieces. Today, true to tradition, the business is still owned and operated by the Smales family.

As one of WA’s oldest jewellers and watchmakers, our expertise in diamonds, fine jewellery and watchmaking is unrivalled in the state.

Our Subiaco store is an Official Retailer of some of the finest Swiss and high-end watch brands including Rolex, Breitling, Ball and Tudor.

Hearts On Fire diamond jewellery - 'The World's Most Perfectly Cut Diamond' - is exclusive to Smales in WA, providing us with an unmatched selection of diamond engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, bracelets and earrings.

Smales own Bespoke Collection is a selection of inimitably beautiful designs of the highest quality, featuring white and fancy diamonds, and other precious gems.

Swarovski and Pandora are available at our Kalgoorlie store. We also stock revolutionary Japanese brand Seiko including the Grand Seiko & Seiko Astron lines.

We deliver the highest standard of excellence in both jewellery and watchmaking through separate, dedicated watch and jewellery service departments.

Our award-winning in-house team comprises some of WA's most experienced and skilled craftspeople, offering unmatched service and support for watch and jewellery purchases.

We provide a full-service watchmaking, remodelling and repair service in addition to jewellery design,repair and insurance.
