Story

Slinky Espresso is located in the beautiful suburb of Fairfield which is dedicated to serving fresh food and gourmet coffee without the heavy price tag. We serve everything from: gourmet coffee (from Genovese), toasted turkish sandwiches, home made beans or mince, delicious desserts and a multitude of gluten free options, just to mention a few.

Slinky espresso has great coffee and the owner is very friendly. Very cheap prices for brunch food. Try to go closer towards closing time especially on the weekend, as the wait gets pretty long during peak time.

One of Brisbane's hidden gems. Tasty, affordable food in a beautiful café with a great atmosphere. The poached eggs were amazing, as was the açaí smoothie!

Had a brunch over at Slinky's today. I must say the food was that appetising when it arrived that I have forgotten to take a shot of it and start indulging it. The service from the staffs today was on point too. A pleasant place to chill, have brekkie, and lest i forgot, a good stop-over while walking your pet dogs! this establishment is onveniently located just beside fairfield shopping centre, so this is a suitable place to visit if you're around the vicinity

Staff were nice. Service quick when ordering. Drinks came out quick. Food!!!!! My fritters took 20min which is ok cause they were busy. But my partner's uncooked meal which takes 1 min to assemble came out 28min after mine. So when we are my food was stone cold. I don't come out for lunch with my husband you easy 30 min apart from each other. Unlikely to come back in a hurry!

Am currently eating a delicious breakfast. This place is tucked away but is awesome. My favourite in the area.
