What a great traditional pizza. Packed with toppings, full of flavour with a crunchy base. First time I've purchased from slice but it won't be my last. The way a pizza should be. Family BBQ meat lovers was the best.

Ordered pizza for delivery and restaurant couldn't find the address then proceeded to call me and request I pick up from store I did of course. Then they gave pizza without charging +$5 and I was surprised and thought perhaps it was a compensation for my time. Didn't question this Was heading home and had 10x multiple missed calls answered and it was the restaurant requesting me to go back to pay and I then explained that I was almost home and would be an additional 15mins as I'm not from the area. The lady started shouting on the phone requested I go back immediately to pay and I requested if I can come tomorrow due to the confusion. But just kept demanding and when asked if I'd be compensated for this she then said I will refund the $5.00 delivery fee.. Overall was a very stressful experience and I will never go here ever again. Didn't even eat the pizza due to all the running around .. Such poor customer service

This business makes itself available for ordering on Uber Eats but does not utilise the Uber delivery service. Never order from here on Uber eats. The pizza is good, in fact this is my favourite pizza, but the service is horrible. My order was accepted and I received a notification telling me “your order is being prepared - good things are coming”. Shortly after, the Uber Eats app gave me a notification that it was a little busier than usual, it did not let me know of the fact that the order was cancelled immediately after acceptance by this business. This business will most likely want to blame Uber, but overlooking this point, the delivery times in my own personal experience are massively underestimated and the delivery is unable to be tracked, so even if the pizza is delivered, it will go cold at your front door. I have never had a problem with Uber deliveries before with any other business, and I have had multiple issues with this business via Uber. Never again!
Quality of pizza is amazing, value for money is outstanding and the staff are always friendly and cheerful when I pick up order. I can’t fault this business one bit.

Ordered pizza for delivery at around 6pm on a Thursday night and took 1.5 hours. Don't order if your hungry. No app to track. No call from shop to say they were busy.
Great tasting pizza and great customer service every time we’ve ordered from Slice!!
Some nights good, some nights ok but didnt like speggetti bolognese Its very dry not much mince. pizzas are ok could be thicker and more toppings some nights for price of pizzas and style of restaurant would expect better. The service is great ive had long waits but not every time.
