Have used SkyPark many times now and last week we had the pleasure of meeting Terry as our driver. He was absolutely fantastic, an absolute credit to SkyPark. Very friendly, chatty and great service. I have never had an issue parking here, all the staff are super helpful. Easy to book, unload luggage, park the car and get driven to the airport. See you in Feb2025 when we go to Thailand again…
FIRST TIME USING THIS COMPANYnnI've previously had family members take me to the airport because I'm too nervous about leaving my car in car parks and it being dinged. Well that’s all about to change!nnI came across this business online. After reading their reviews, I made the decision to try them.nnThe Valet option was the simplest and most relaxed option, so I went with it and all valet vehicles are scanned 360° for damage on arrivalnnThere is excellent security at the location. All of the employees are courteous and on time with the shuttle service. Terry likes a good chat, he was wonderful.nnOur return flight was delayed, but that wasn't a problem at all. There, waiting for me at the front entrance, was my vehicle in the exact condition I had left it.nnSimply put, I will be recommending this business to so many friends and family members that I will need a commission!nnThanks guy! See you soon!
Am a gold car customer but Terry from skypark bought me back to the airport via the shuttle. Had a great experience with him and the team. When I come back I’ll be sure to use there services. Gold car should learn from Terry with the great customer service I had with them. Had a great ride back. Will be moving to Melbourne soon and I’ll be using skypark as my travel as Terry convinced me. I’ll be telling friends about my travels with Terry. Great.

Incredibly amazing service by Terry!!! Has patiently waited for us, as we have missed the initial pick-up! Came back thrice to get us! And had a smile on his face which was a pleasant welcome from our long trip. Really nice guy! Highly recommend them!!
