Skycity Hamilton is one of our favourite place for a night out. We've visited many times and always have a fantastic experience.nnThe atmosphere is lively, the entertainment is great, and there's an excellent range of delicious food and drinks.nnThe staff are welcoming, the venue is clean and well maintained, and the free or discounted parking makes every visit easy and stress free.nnIts beautiful riverside location adds to the experience, making it a wonderful place to relax, dine, and enjoy time with family and friends.nnHighly recommended - we'll definitely be back.
I went bowling last Sunday, June 7, with a group of friends. At first, the staff member who served us was fine, but when I asked for a pair of bowling shoes in size 6 EU 37, the experience became very unpleasant.nShe first gave me a size 36, so I politely asked for a size 37. She then handed me a size 38. Since one of my friends was already wearing a size 37, I knew that size was available, so I kindly asked for it again. She told me there was no size between 36 and 38, which was confusing. I pointed out that my friend was wearing a 37, and instead of responding professionally, she gave me an annoyed look and tossed the shoes at me without saying a word.nI work in customer service myself, so I understand that dealing with difficult customers can be challenging. However, I was polite throughout the interaction and simply wanted shoes that fit me. The rude and dismissive attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun day with friends.nI didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to cause a scene, but I hope this feedback encourages better customer service in the future.
Where do I even start? Hamilton Casino is run by rules, not by common sense. Just to place a bet, we were forced to walk back to our hotel and get our passports. Fine, we did that — only to find their sign-up machines weren't working. Had to do everything manually. There was almost no staff to help.nnThen the drinks: insanely expensive, and get this — they’ll only serve you one drink every 45 minutes. What a time to be alive. Cash out was painfully slow, and the staff on hand were inexperienced and unhelpful.nnHands down the worst casino experience I’ve ever had. I will never be back, and honestly, you deserve no customers. Save your time and money — go anywhere else.
The Marble bar is a fabulous venue to have your special occasions at. We had my nephew's 21st birthday party there. The catering was great, the duty manager was awesome. We were allowed to decorate before opening. And it was good value for your money. No deposit for the room hire. Thank you skycity
