Interesting coffee story... farm flourishing  with shade grown coffee under Papaya trees. Tastes great too.

I am most disappointed with the customer service in skyburry today. I bought 2 large bags of coffee and a latte today costing over 60 dollars. They could not even give me a carry bag to put the coffee in and asked me to go to other shops to beg for bags. Of course the other shops were not happy. All the skyburry staff could say was that it's not their problem and became argumentative. I think skyburry need to think more about customer service and about travellers who purchase products and how this would be environmentally carried. Many thanks

Coffee is nice but your manager Hwan at the airport needs to smile and serve customers with a friendly voice. Its like shes yelling when i order something. No smile at all. Looks like she had a bad morning. Makes me feel like i dont wanna drink your coffee. Thanks
