The guys were professional and efficient with all parts of the project. Phil had real weather problems but still kept us informed of what was happening and completed the paint job as soon as possible. We have now had rain and and all the spouting and flashing has done what it was supposed to! Thanks Guys a job well done!

We initially wanted to repaint our very old tired leaky concrete roof as part of our renovation project, but was advised by Luke that it is more worthwhile to replaced with new roof and sarking. Luke was easy to deal with and was not pushy at all. We even upgrade to terracotta and never looked back. We were happy dealing with Luke that we got him to re roof our new extension to match and the results is fantastic. Highly recommend, honest, easy to deal with, on time and fair pricing.

Wait a good while before you rate this company. We have had two instances of heavy rain over the last months, which have caused leakage under the eaves. The problem seems to be the installation of two new down pipes that lead onto an existing section of roof (newish). The increase in flow overwhelms a box gutter and causes the leakage. I give one star for the effort to fix this problem, but the solution failed. The new idea was to connect the two new downs pipes with 90mm pipe. (See pic). The result of this was to focus about 40% of the catchment onto ONE SPOT on the existing roof. This of course created overflow of gutter at that end. Now, the owner, Luke. I'm pretty sure thinks I'm trying to scam him somehow. He can't see how the additional two downpipes create too much flow for the system to deal with. Also check how well the gutter clamps have been fitted. Have they been tightly clamped or just folded over half way like mine? This Job cost me $25K.

Very happy to recommend Luke and his Sky Ways team. Luke was very professional with his quotes and very happy to outline options. Our job included a full replacement of guttering and down pipes, fascia covering, roof cleaning, recapping, recementing gable tiles, replacement of broken tiles, replacement of drain valleys and painting the roof with primer and two coats. The weather during the refurbishment was pretty poor (rain, wind, cold) but the team still organised to complete the job in a timely fashion. Very happy with the result.
