I am visiting from Perth and wanted to have a relaxing facial with my sister. It was very last minute. We were both absolutely thrilled with our therapist ,Meri, who had such a good touch and made us feel super relaxed and glowing skin. The products feels amazing and smell divine but not overpowering. I've walked past this place many times as its near where I work. I needed a last minute leg wax so booked online. Very happy with the result, and I will go back and try some of their other services.

So disappointing. Worst customer service, would never go back. HAD TO make an appointment to try the youngblood makeup but the cost would be redeemable against products. They didn't have my colour in stock even though they are a premium stockist which is the reason I went there but charged me for the consult anyway and told me that I needed to compensate them for their time. What about my time!!! So rude. You should probably be more concerned about your customers and their time and the service that you provide rather than the stars that you receive. Im sorry but you can't charge people for your time- you are providing a service which you failed to provide even though you are a 'premium stockist'. Your customers are not going to pay for your time- you are trying to sell a product!!! Also I did ask you if I HAD TO book a consult to buy the make up and you said 'yes'. REALLY unbelievable.
Went today to get my eyelashes tinted and both eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I could not be any happier! All the girls who work there are all SO lovely! I'm naturally blonde so my eyelashes have never been dark and look super light without any make up on, so I am SO SO happy that I can not wear any make up and feel like I still have eyelashes! Could not recommend this place anymore!!
Heard about hydra dermabrasion and tried it today..my 50+ year old skin feels light and soft ..i looked in the mirror straight afterwards and there's a very visible freshness..it's awesome..nice salon and friendly skilled staff
