I love the unique fusion of cultures at this restaurant celebrating delicious Thai and European Macedonian grill cuisine! I also really enjoyed the beautiful live traditional Balkan music making me feel like I was in Europe.  The European mixed grill platter was so impressive - an amazing variety of meats and flavours, perfect for sharing! The Thai dishes were just as stunning in presentation and taste. A very uniquely plated pad thai, beautifully steamed fish, moreish pineapple fried rice, super tasty pork belly, and crunchy entrees to name a few! Definitely had a great time here and highly recommend for good food and good vibes.

Service was barley existent despite it not being busy. Food was below average.sausage on the meat platter was like rubber and the chicken skewers were raw. Been here a few times a while ago and it seems to of just gone downhill. Definitely the last time ill be back. Only enjoyable things Were the cocktails hence the 2 star review. The mezze board was also half decent. The man who took our order was very nice.

Food was okay. Wouldn't recommend the crying tiger. Most highlighting dish we'd ordered: soft shell crab Annoying part: when we went to pay,they failed to tell us that the eftpos machine wasn't working. * so carry cash.

If I could rate this place more than 5 start I definitely would. This place has amazing food and experience! A fabulous mix of Thai and Balkan food, they had a large variety of choices. The quality of the food first class all served with fresh ingredients, my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach so the portion sizes were HUGE which is really good and great value for money. The service was also first class as I was always checked up on by the waiters and the owner if I needed anything else the owner of this place is very genuine and friendly as I had a great chat with her. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially families.

I attended this restaurant for a combined birthday lunch. This place ticks all the boxes - food, drinks, service and ambiance are all fantastic! The owner, Penny, makes you feel like you're dining around the dining table with family. She personalises your experience and ensures you feel comfortable and satisfied. Penny was extremely helpful when catering for my allergies, letting me know what I could and couldn't have. I highly recommend Skara Rama 5 if you have a love, interest or curiosity in Macedonian and/or Thai food. If you value great food and excellent service, this is the place for you!

This venue is an amazing experience and so unique, with a combination of authentic Thai and Macedonian food. Great live music and really friendly staff, you will even get to meet the owner Penny, who makes this venue even more special. This is definitely one of my favourite dining spots, also be sure to try the honey Rakia. 10/10

Amazing place to eat in Sydney, the food is great! The owner was walking around making sure everyone was taken care of. Live band was also great, it’s great to celebrate Balkan culture in Sydney along with some Thai food!

Service was not as attentive is you would expect, seeing as though the place was empty mid week lunch. Food was spot on. Drinks menu is quality. Desserts are on point. Menus look tired and worn, tables are sticky. Decent feed, decent prices. Will be back.

Great Thai food for reasonable money. They put a lot of veggies, especially if you compare to other places. Taste is amazing and portions are big enough to get you full.
