BE CAREFUL!!!! Feel like a scam!!! I was charged 200 aud for Steam Cleaning just because there was sand in the car which only require minimal effort to do cleaning!!!! When returning, the staff also did NOT explain the amount of cleaning fee as well!!! The fee is double the 1 day rental fee. And when you need to call to clarify, you can NOT call the number provided!!!

I’ve been using this car hire company for a while now , and I can't recommend them enough ! The service is consistently excellent , and I always feel valued as a customer . I want to give a special shoutout to Tien , who has been incredibly helpful every time I visit . Tien goes above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need and always treats me with care .nnNot only that , but his colleagues are also very fantastic ! They work together seamlessly to provide great support and make the whole process smooth and enjoyable . It’s refreshing to see such dedication and teamwork . This is second time with SixT Revesby. Initially in Alexandria. Amazing experience. After booking the trip, the day morning they informed me the vehicle is not available for some reason and I was not happy with that. But they really did a great work and arranged same kind another vehicle and served my purpose. Great work. Keep doing.. All the best.

Rented a truck from Sixt.  Had it for 3 days. Discovered on day 3 no rear tail lights I didnt notice it till then. Called NRMA as i didn't want to get fined for driving a unroadworthy defective vehicle. NRMA man said it had a major electrical fault and tested everything. Even said to me that it had to have been rented to me like that. Everytime he put in a fuse there was the huge bang. He said I couldn't have missed that so must have gone out like that. Then he discovered someone had been playing with the wiring at the back.  Complained to Sixt the next day, and was told that the vehicles are inspected when they come back and this must have been missed.  Not happy with the excuse as I could have got in a lot of trouble with this.  They promised to get the operations Manager to call me.   Still haven't heard anything. I would advise complete caution when renting from them.  I feel that they are hoping I will go away.  I'm also thinking contacting authorities to get inspection done on the vehicles.
