I’ve been using this car hire company for a while now , and I can't recommend them enough ! The service is consistently excellent , and I always feel valued as a customer . I want to give a special shoutout to Tien , who has been incredibly helpful every time I visit . Tien goes above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need and always treats me with care .nnNot only that , but his colleagues are also very fantastic ! They work together seamlessly to provide great support and make the whole process smooth and enjoyable . It’s refreshing to see such dedication and teamwork . If you're looking for a reliable car hire service with outstanding staff , definitely check them out !

BE CAREFUL!!!! Feel like a scam!!! I was charged 200 aud for Steam Cleaning just because there was sand in the car which only require minimal effort to do cleaning!!!! When returning, the staff also did NOT explain the amount of cleaning fee as well!!! The fee is double the 1 day rental fee. And when you need to call to clarify, you can NOT call the number provided!!!

We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Sixt. When we made our booking, we reserved a Toyota Hybrid or a “similar” vehicle. However, upon arriving to pick up the car, we were offered a Suzuki non-hybrid and were told, “Do you want the car or not?” No other options or suitable alternatives were provided, leaving us with no choice but to reluctantly accept the vehicle.nnTo make matters worse, we discovered shortly after starting our journey that the iPhone charging cable in the car was not functioning. This caused significant issues during our interstate drive, as we were unable to properly charge our phone and had to make repeated stops. This inconvenience was compounded by the poor quality of the in-built navigation system, which made our trip even more frustrating.nnWhen we returned the vehicle and reported these issues to the staff, the employee showed no interest in our concerns. He even laughed at our complaints and dismissively stated that “the car was fine.” Such unprofessionalism and lack of customer care are unacceptable.nnThis experience has left us thoroughly dissatisfied, and we will not rent from Sixt again. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative car hire companies.

Good staff, easy pick-up and return.   Location can be  bit difficult for parking your own vehicle when swapping.  If you need to park your own vehicle, ie. notgetting a lift there, use the Bunnings carpark and walk to the store.
