Sorry for the late review, but my mom and I had an amazing experience with Sixt Moorabbin for our 18-day trip! Everything was super smooth—no waiting at all, and the whole team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even called us the day before pickup and car exchange to remind us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The car we got was practically brand new, with only 4,000 km on it, IIRC, and it was spotless inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience—will definitely be booking with Sixt Moorabbin again!
I had a great experience with Sixt Moorabbin! The booking process was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was clean and in excellent condition. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. Highly recommended!
Staff were fine but the scrutiny when I brought the vehicle back was unacceptable. I had the vehicle for 3 hours and drove 17kms in total. The staff claim there was a tiny mark on the windscreen and it was lucky I had taken out the insurance. I never have this issue with Hertz and this treatment has forced me back to hertz.
