I recently had a fantastic experience with Sixt car rental. I rented Cupra Leon, its a really nice car to drive and efficient as well. The booking process was straightforward, and the website was user-friendly. Upon arrival, the staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process quick and hassle-free. The vehicle I received was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and with a full tank of gas. Sixt's customer service was top-notch throughout, and the return process was just as smooth. Overall, Sixt provided a seamless and pleasant rental experience, and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable car rental service.
Very easy experience after having no car due to an accident. These guys were friendly and efficient. The car hire was provided as part of mynInsurance policy, whilst I didn’t get the car I was told I was getting by the insurance agency the car I got was almost brand new and in perfect condition. Staff were great and upon dropping off the vehicle I was given a lift to the station. Thanks guys, appreciate you making a difficult situation as easy as possible.
The service I had, and the truck itself was excellent. I really enjoyed the experience of driving the 3.75 t truck.nnAt the end of my booking, I did put diesel in the truck but yet still received a $50 fuel fee which I was a little bit disappointed about. When filling, it had cut out on three or four occasions, and because of the fuel tank aperture, it was difficult to tell when full actually was. So for 250 km I spent around $100 on fuel. Seems a lot
Very appreciative of the Geelong staff. After getting wrong information from the call centre I thought it was fishy from the start I arrived at the shop after closing time. They could have just sent me away and initially tried to. However when I explained how important it was to have a car immediately and overnight the staff stayed back for an another half an hour to get me on my way. It was even an upgraded car at no extra cost!nIn a world where customer service is all, those three people nailed it!
Hired a small moving truck for 24 hours, prices were lower than any other competitor & staff were exceptionally pleasant. We dealt with Raj who was lovely, the hire prior was late returning so we had to wait 5 minutes and Raj was overly apologetic and prompt as soon as the truck arrived back. I noticed all the hire vehicles were current model, a lot of European cars, Raj explained the fleet is always new with a great range available.
