I recently sold my car and have been renting from SIXT for the last couple of months. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the quality and variety of vehicles that SIXT offers, especially for the price—it's great value for money. Most of the locations in Brisbane, like Hendra, North Lakes, Airport, and Geebung, have friendly and professional staff who are helpful and efficient.nnHowever, I’ve had two incidents with a particular staff member at the Geebung location whose attitude left me disappointed. Her responses to questions were curt and lacked the welcoming demeanor I've come to expect from SIXT. It can be a little frustrating when you’re looking forward to a smooth rental experience, but the tone of a staff member ends up dampening the day.nnDespite this, SIXT has been a reliable rental option, and I’m happy with their vehicles and the value. I just hope to see improvements in the consistency of customer service at Geebung Location.
Great experience during pickup of the BYD Atto 3 EV. Got the car at 97% charge.nnCar was fantastic and experience with Sixt was flawless.

Super smooth and memorable customer experience. The whole team was so helpful and friendly. Car organised asap even when no stock available at time. Call centre staff organised and sourced a car for me the day after I called even when out of stock. Back of house sourced, cleared and picked up the exact vehicle I needed electric. Reception was super friendly, quick and informative. Booking process was super quick and easy. Full run down and guide around car before leaving. Highly recommend
Sixt are amazing to hire a car with. We collect our car, which was upgraded for a 10 day trip to outback Queensland. We were given a 4 wheel drive. In the last 100 km from home. We had the oil light come on. We rang roadside assistance. The car had to be put onto a trailer. Sixt were wonderful about organising a replacement car to continue our journey home. They even waived some of the rental conditions and could return the car next morning. Huge thank you.
