I recently sold my car and have been renting from SIXT for the last couple of months. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the quality and variety of vehicles that SIXT offers, especially for the price—it's great value for money. Most of the locations in Brisbane, like Hendra, North Lakes, Airport, and Geebung, have friendly and professional staff who are helpful and efficient.nnHowever, I’ve had two incidents with a particular staff member at the Geebung location whose attitude left me disappointed. Her responses to questions were curt and lacked the welcoming demeanor I've come to expect from SIXT. It can be a little frustrating when you’re looking forward to a smooth rental experience, but the tone of a staff member ends up dampening the day.nnDespite this, SIXT has been a reliable rental option, and I’m happy with their vehicles and the value. I just hope to see improvements in the consistency of customer service at Geebung Location.

I had a very positive experience with Sixt Rental at Geebung. The lady at the reception was exceptional, providing a thorough explanation of all the procedures. I found the after-hours drop-off process to be convenient, and the truck itself was in excellent condition. Moreover, the rental was affordable. I will definitely consider using Sixt Rental again in the future and would highly recommend their services.
Sixt were great; up front and even gave me a new truck on the day of pick up which ran faultlessly. Highly recommended for any rental car / truck needs, easy and simple.
