That was positive. Got a nice car quick and easy with professional service. A fair price, but not one to include days I didn't need. Fortunately I easily extended my rental with a quick call.
The incompetence and lack of care from this company is infuriating. Booked online and called to confirm since they never got back to me. When I came to pickup at the AGREED time that I confirmed with staff over the phone the day prior, they were shut! No one bothered to contact me to let me know they’d be shut or to organise another pickup time, I was left without a car and had to cancel hotel reservations! When I came to pickup the next day they stated they don’t rent to P platers. Nowhere through the booking process did they mention this. Spent days getting messed around by this company for nothing. Will not use again, never ever had these problems with hertz and will use them from now on.
Rented a Toyota RAV4. Car was spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly fuel-efficient hybrid model!. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. Staff were friendly.
Apart from payment issues at checkout SIXT was brilliant for value. Unlimited kilometres is certainly a bonus. I had top insurance and still paid less than $100 per day including petrol for the week. I was driving a small car, very new and plenty of space. Added bonus it came with 4 doors. Checking the car back in was too easy. Thank you.
Wow. Seamless and sorted. Comms between car repair and SIXT was on mark. Definitely my local go to now. Choice of vehicle suited my needs and convience - they knew before I did.
